F 163 - Fielddays 2003

During the week of the 14th of March 2003, Feilding Promotions had a stand at the Fielddays promoting Feilding as a tourism location.

We sent F163 down to the Fielddays on McIntosh low loader trailer.

After the field days the F return by truck and was stored a night in the yard.

The F is on a container base that normally holds the water tank for F163. We removed the water tank and put the F on to it. We are about to lift the F with the gantry crane and a road crane back down onto the ground.

The two cranes carefully lowering the F, back onto the ground. The rail is then connected up to the track set on the container base and the F was then shunted with the DSA back into the Shed.
